An excellent supplier! every supplier is good when everything runs smoothly. The test is how a supplier handles it when there’s an issue. Too many suppliers on this platform will unfortunately not take responsibility for an issue which they are at fault. We have had an issue with some products we ordered from this supplier and the way they handled is what makes all the difference! They are truly a pleasure to work with! they were reasonable and responsible and resolved the issue promptly! Even though there was a huge money loss involved for them! I’ve since placed several additional orders with them and everything went smoothly! I highly recommend this supplier!!
